ERMAZ Refund Policy

The seller is Ermaz LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States. You can reach us at hello@ermaz.app.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. This policy forms part of the terms of use, and where the two differ, this policy applies.

Launch (one-time)

• Full refund within 14 days if the site was never deployed, or does not work as described.
• After 14 days the work is delivered and the source code is yours, so the payment is not refundable. Your site stays live either way.

Website Care, $39 per month

• Cancel anytime, the plan runs to the end of the paid month, then does not renew. No cancellation fees.
• First payment: full refund within 14 days if no maintenance visit, article or inquiry reply has been produced yet.
• Renewals: refundable within 7 days of the renewal date if nothing has been produced in the new period.
• Cancelling Care never takes your site down. Launch already paid for the hosting.

Revisions and packages

• A revision on a launched build is $19, and it is charged only if it ships. If the factory cannot complete it, you are not charged.
• If a revision ships and is materially wrong, tell us within 7 days: we will re-run it at no cost, or refund the $19.
• Factual corrections (phone, hours, prices, typos) are free, so there is nothing to refund.
• A signed Google Play package is $49. If it is never produced, you are not charged.

Failed or faulty work

Failed and refused runs are never charged. If something you paid for is materially defective, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund it.

How to request a refund

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, use paddle.net (Paddle's buyer support portal), or email Ermaz LLC at support@ermaz.app. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
